A fanlisting is, as the literal meaning suggests, a page or site where fans of a certain subject can be listed. The aim of a fanlisting is to assemble fans globally via the internet, therefore joining would require an alias as well as your country of origin.

BLACK CAT is a series about the omnious ex-No.XIII of an assasination group called Toki no Bannin (Chronos Time Numbers,) Train Heartnet. After long deciding to lead a carefree life as a Criminal Hunter, Train was reluctantly pushed backinto his black cloaks as unfinished grudges from his killer life crept up in the form of Creed.

Sephirial Arks is a minor character in BLACK CAT. As the captain and No. I of the Chronos Time Numbers, however, she plays an important role in the hunting-down, and eventually the arrest of Creed. Sephiria is a steely-willed, charismatic woman (leading a group of highly sophisticated male killers, too,) who dedicated herself to completion of missions. Even so, she carefully evaluate her judgements and try to harm as little as possible while achieving her goals.
